they call me 2am

They stated that I owe over $4000 for an apartment I rented with Yvonne Banks. I am student and live in with my parents in Virginia. I never rented an apartment with anyone. I never lived in Florida.

Recently, I often received this phone call number in both cell and home phone around 3:00-4:00 AM.It was repeat many times to annoy my sleep.I tried to call back to expect what some one need on me, but nobody respond. I was very tired at mork in the morrning. I got sick. Oh I will died soon!!!

this call me at least twice a day , when I answer , no one is there m if I let if go into the answering machine no message is left, I tried to call it and all yo hear is dead air. Does anyone know how to stop this

After receiving more than 30 calls, I finally decided to take matters into my own hands and call them back. I called over and over just to tie up their phone line. I would ask what their favorite movie was, if they liked coffee, what their favorite color was, ect. I figured as long as one of them was wasting their time on the phone with me, that was one less person they could call and scam. I kept getting passed up the chain of comman until I finally spoke to the supervisor who said my name would be removed and they would not call me again. It has been almost 5 days and I have not received a call. The BBB and FTC aren't doing anything to help us consumers so this seemed to be an effective way to annoy them. I could tell they were getting upset, but they have to answer the phone each time it rings just in case it might be someone they could get money from. Try it for yourself! Caller was a female telling me that she want to confirm a order from Staples delivering to my company. But I never placed any order using my cell phone on my company name. Asking her how she get my number, she told me that she has my address too. It's a big scam...Beware..

This number calls me at different times a day a few times a week, but everytime I answer there is no one there.

Got two calls, hangs up on answering machine, tried to call back but number is disconnected?????

The left a message, but did no reveal who they were. I called the number 3 times and got a message - customer care center we can't answer the phone now so leave us your name and number . . .

another pesty person/company - am not interested in who this is and want calls to stop
